The Department of Education and Higher Education of the Palestine Liberation Organization announces the availability of several scholarships for Palestinian diaspora students in the Sultanate of Oman to pursue bachelor's degrees.

First: Available Fields of Study

Second: Scholarship Requirements

Applicants must be Palestinian and not residing in the Sultanate of Oman.

Only high school graduates from the year 2026 are eligible to compete for these scholarships, with a minimum high school average of 90% in the science track.

The number of available seats is very limited (only two seats), therefore selection will be based on the highest averages.

Important Note: All applicants for this scholarship should be aware that, according to current procedures in the Sultanate of Oman, entry visas are no longer being issued to holders of Egyptian, Lebanese, and Syrian travel documents. Therefore, applicants must hold a Palestinian passport for external use, a temporary Jordanian passport, or another suitable passport that will allow them to obtain an entry visa to the Sultanate of Oman if nominated for the scholarship.

Third: Financial Coverage
Tuition fees are waived.

Students will receive a monthly stipend of 200 Omani Riyals to cover living expenses, accommodation, and transportation if the educational institution does not provide housing. If the educational institution provides housing, students will receive 140 Omani Riyals per month.

One round-trip airfare ticket per year is also provided. Fourth: Required Documents
A certified copy of the high school transcript, authenticated by the Ministry of Education.

Grade 10 and 11 certificates, authenticated by the Ministry of Education.
A copy of a valid passport.
A copy of the birth certificate.
A personal photograph.
A medical certificate of good health, authenticated by the Ministry of Health.
A certificate of good conduct.
Proof of English language proficiency, if available.

Fifth: Application Procedure
The application must be submitted electronically, and all required documents must be uploaded with the application.
